About

Fifteen-bunk former lighthouse keeper's cottage on predator-free Tiritiri Matangi, the only overnight accommodation on the island. Staying over gives photographers the island after day visitors leave: dawn chorus, better chances at kokako and takahe, and night walks for little spotted kiwi, little penguins and tuatara.
