About

A sunken hide built below ground at eye level with a busy waterhole on Onguma, the private reserve bordering Etosha's eastern side. Several windows give different angles on elephants, rhinos, giraffe and plains game, with occasional predators; each session includes 'Onkolo Soundscapes', a microphone system relaying the sounds outside. Sessions run daily for two to six guests.
